'Blowup at the airport'
![Picture](/uploads/4/4/4/8/4448415/8919068.jpg)
L shared,
How about traveling with a 10 month old. Just as the plane pulls away from the gate and a 30 minute wait for take off is announced she picks that time to have a diaper blowout all over me.
Ah memories of our flight to Florida. Luckily the Flight attendants allowed my husband to take her to the restroom and get changed while I went to another and cleaned off and changes. Moral of the story, extra clothes in your carry on are always a good idea.

Dead Sea tale

From M,
We're visiting the Dead Sea in Israel in the midst of summer; sand temperature around the 120 degrees (Fahrenheit) so the guide there warns us about keeping our flip flops on at all times.
We finally find a spot not far from the water and are anxious to teach our autistic son how to float in the water. What happens next is one of those serendipitous chain reactions that you have to witness to believe....
My son dashes into the water with his flip flops still on, puts tries to put himself in a floating position, loses one of his flip flops, tries to catch it but lands face down in the salty water, starts screaming it's burning. It’s burning while trying to get out. At this point, this point small crowd gathers to see what the commotion is all about and one Good Samaritan hands him his own half used bottle to rinse the salt out of his eyes. My son grabs the bottle and drinks it all. I reach him a few milliseconds later when he's basically done. “Why would you drink someone else's water?'" I ask annoyed. My son stops for a second and then starts wailing "Oh no, I caught his disease, and now I'm gonna die..."
